EXPORT POLICIES

Lucid Optics ships to international customers who have created accounts with EasyExport. To create your EasyExport account, click here. There is no charge for creating the account and EasyExport does not share your information.

Business and Government Customers. We ship to Business and Government Customers in Country List A.

Individuals. We ship to individuals in Country List B.

Export Licenses

Some orders may require an export license. If your order requires an export license, EasyExport will contact you regarding paperwork needed from you. There is no charge for export licenses, but please allow 4-6 weeks for the U.S. Commerce Department to issue the license.

Import Permits

Your country may require that you obtain an import permit for certain products you purchase. EasyExport will contact you if your order requires an import permit.

It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain an import permit or any other authorization required for you to import products into your country.

Duties and Import Taxes

You are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees and other charges imposed by your country.

APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports under American regulations. We regret that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

End Use Restrictions

Individuals – Products shipped internationally to individuals may not be transferred. Individuals are not permitted to buy our products for family, friends, or other people.

Dealers, Distributors, and Other Businesses – Dealers and other businesses outside the USA may resell or transfer products only in their own country and only as permitted by their country’s laws.

Government Agencies — Products shipped to Government Agencies are for the sole use of the agency to which they are shipped. They may not be transferred except as authorized by the United States Department of Commerce.

Compliance with Firearm and Other Laws in Your Country

You are not permitted to buy our products unless you are authorized to own and possess them in your country.

Returns

We do not allow returns of products shipped to international customers. All international sales are final.

Suspicious or Illegal Activity

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or ship orders for any reason we determine appropriate. Either we or EasyExport will report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from causes beyond our control.

Legal Disputes

All legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in the state and county where our headquarters in the United States are located.
